PhysiCare

To cover the doctor’s consultation expenses

1-Primary Care Physician (PCP) consultations performed by a designated specialized family physician at MedNet Network Clinics (MNC).

2- Specialist consultations performed by highly recognized doctors at a contracted hospital designated as Center of Excellence (COE)

Your PCP follows-up on your medical case by offering you the necessary diagnosis, consultations, referral to specialists and required advice.

PhysiCare is offered at 72.3 USD as single premium for all ages.

PCP visits are subject to 5 USD excess deductible to be paid by the adherent per visit at MNC.

Specialists’ visits are subject to 8 USD excess deductible to be paid by the adherent per visit at COE.

CliniCare

To cover the doctor’s consultations, diagnostic tests (laboratory, radiology, etc…) and physiotherapy expenses

CliniCare is a package that offers you the doctor’s consultation benefit in addition to ambulatory healthcare services covering all diagnostic tests, radiology and physiotherapy treatments.

All ambulatory services should be prescribed by your PCP a MedNet Network Clinics or by the Specialist at a COE, and electronically posted to be performed within our wide network of healthcare providers.

CliniCare benefits are subject to 20% excess deductible paid by the Insured.

DentalCare

To cover dental treatment expenses

Dental consultation and treatment are offered by very competent dentists who provide general and specialty dental care according to world recognized norms, through sophisticated dental equipment and modern units, using high quality FDA and ADA approved dental materials and supplies.

All dental treatments are performed within the MedNet Network Clinics.

DentalCare is offered for a single premium of 85 USD for all ages with an excess deductible per dental act.
